Bob went to the same school as Simon, the director, and grew up on the same street. After school and college, Bob took a tour of duty with Her Majesty’s Royal Marines, and he can now recount many amusing stories involving hand grenades.

After his time in the forces he returned to work on the South coast of England in yacht construction. Bob spent several years fabricating pieces of high-performance sailing craft, some for the Whitbread Round the World races.

In more recent years Bob has become a firefighter for the Hampshire Fire and Rescue service.

He is a stalwart member of Whole Hog Films and his support and input has proved invaluable. Corpus Interruptus is Bob’s third film with Simon. He appeared first in Soulflakes as Karl and then as Pierce in Topsoil.
